Job Responsibilities
§ Proven track record for independently driving global implementation in SAP SD.
§ Worked as SME for in SAP SD.
§ Broad expertise of functional domain, relevant business processes and technology.
§ Experience in translating high level solutions into detailed technical design.
§ Accountable that deliverables meet requirements w.r.t. reliability, availability, manageability, performance, and security and compliance.
§ Supports development team in performing build automation and configuration management.
§ Supports Business Analyst, Project Manager and Delivery Manager on managing, tracking, and forecasting of solution development.
§ Coaches technical leads and developers.
Technical Knowledge and Skills required
§ SAP SD(Certification is preferred)
§ Good understanding of integration with other modules
Soft Skills Required § Good communication and presentation skills
§ Worked in business/client facing role
§ Highly driven, energetic, flexible, resourceful & ability to multitask
§ Ability to ideate and bring solutions to the table
§ Adherence to timelines, without sacrificing quality of output
§ Hands on and detail oriented, with a strong ability to co-ordinate across different Geographies and with different stakeholders
§ Ability to manage multiple functions at same point of time
§ Cross domain: clearly articulates problem statements to evolve solutions across domains
§ Innovation: is a creative thinker, develops new concepts and solutions across domains.
§ Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments. May supervise the activities of others.
§ Should have at least one support project experience
§ Should be able to support during odd hours in case of P1/P2 incidents
§ Able to analyses and detect the problem quickly
§ Knowledge on ITIL Process
Work Experience
§ SAP SD experience of at-least 8+ years
