Job Description
• Must have minimum 7+ years of experience in SAP PP with atleast 5 years in implementation projects with expertise in Configuration of Make-to-Stock (MTS) and Make-to-Order (MTO) strategies.
• Must have thorough understanding of discrete and continuous manufacturing processes, capacity planning, material requirements planning, Stock requirement list, production order execution, shop floor controls.
• MUST have good experience working with Sales and Production plans, Long term planning, demand management, MRP (material requirements planning) Capacity Planning, Production Orders and KANBAN.
• Should have good working knowledge on Variant configuration, various material types including KMAT for variant configuration scenarios, defined Class for required variants with pricing, defined object dependencies (OD) and maintained Super BOM and Super Routing and work centres.
• Able to configure and create Master Data including Routing, Bills of material, and Production resources/tools
• Ability to write highly detailed functional specifications for outputs, interfaces and custom functionalities
• Good analytical, communication skills, documentation skills, open communicator, with a strong customer focus
